Self Examination

When was the last time you examined yourself? Your life? Your thoughts…YOU? Do you want a better life? Do you want to improve and grow? More importantly, are you willing and teachable?

Let the self-examination begin:

Step 1- Answer this question, What do I hope to achieve by conducting a self-examination?

Step 2- Write down your answer and meditate on it. Determine if proceeding is for you.

Step 3- Describe your life’s vision at age 16, 21, and now. Find the common threads. Are these things still important to you?

Step 4- Examine the differences. Are these things still important to you?

Step 5- Determine where you are. Your achievement categories are “Conquered”, “Coasting”, “Can”, “Can’t.

Step 6- Now place these categories into your past, present, and future.

Step 7- Make a vision board.
